SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is flat rate based on items.
T-Shirts, cage tags, and other specialty items are hand made and may require some additional time for processing. Please allow up to two weeks for arrival.

Soaps and candles will be listed as they are in stock. If they are out of stock and you'd like to place an order for them, please contact us directly for timing and options.

Return & Exchange Policy
There are no returns or exchanges on specialty made items, soaps, body washes or clothing.

If you've already placed your order and feel like you've made a mistake in size please reach out as soon as possible and we will attempt to change out the item if we have not already shipped.
​
For broken items: if it arrives broken or damaged please report to your local post office or refuse the item. Either we can file the insurance and replace the item or you can file the insurance and re-order the item. We are not responsible for damages caused by the post office.
